Memorabilia Project - Donation Event (general public)

Council would like to invite members of the public interested in claiming items which were not suitable for auction and are still available to claim. The community event will be the third day of the donation collection events, with community groups and not-for-profits across the Ipswich region having already attended prior sessions.

Attendees must indicate their interest in attending by completing the RSVP below.

Please note:

  1. This event may be cancelled or end at short notice should all items be claimed prior to the stated end time of the event. If this does occur, registered attendees will be notified by email so please ensure you monitor your email.
  2. In keeping with Council’s Sustainability Policy, please bring appropriate bags and/or boxes to help you carry the items from the event. Due to workplace health and safety, Council staff will be unable to assist you to carry items when you leave the event.
  3. Items must be collected on the day. No items can be held.
