We combine online feedback with what we hear in person, like at community meetings or events.

Your feedback is looked at alongside other important things like laws, budgets, and technical advice. Council may publish reports that show what the community said, including results from surveys or polls. Sometimes we include quotes from feedback, but we never show names or anything that identifies you.
