⭐ Project background

Caledonian Park in Thagoona is an important local space used by nearby residents, sporting clubs, schools, and park visitors. As Ipswich's western corridor continues to grow, council has updated the park's original master plan from the 1990s to ensure the facility meets current and future community needs.

The Caledonian Park master plan outlines future infrastructure upgrades to support sport, recreation, and community use. This includes improvements such as future sports field planning, lighting, parking, amenities, and other facilities designed to help the park serve the community over time.

Council is seeking your feedback, including how you currently use Caledonian Park, what you value about the space, and any concerns or suggestions you may have.

Have your say by Sunday 20 September 2026.
