Flick the 'swich - Mental Health and Wellbeing
The mental health and wellbeing forum will look to:
- open a conversation with the Ipswich community about mental health and mental illness – what are some key contributing factors being faced by young people, what change do you want to see in Ipswich?
- identify key challenges and priorities for young people in maintaining a positive state of well-being – has this changed since Covid-19?
- explore ways to reduce stigma about mental illness, recognise the signs of mental illness and talk about it
- identify what young people need from local resources, services and the Ipswich community to create a supportive, healthy city.
